Cindy is a Vietnamese American writer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work can be found in Cherry Bombe Magazine (2018), Whiter: Asian American Women on Skin Color and Colorism (2020).
She is a candidate in the MFA Creative Writing program at San Francisco State University, and the 2025 recipient of the Marsha Lee & Norman M. Berkman Endowed Scholarship in Creative Writing.
Cindy will be a participant at the McCormack Writing Center's (formerly Tin House) Winter 2026 Workshop.
